New Year Sound & Silence – An Evening Sound Bath | Wasing Wellbeing & Yoga | Friday, 11. January 2019

We would like to invite you to the picturesque surroundings of Wasing Park for a beautiful Sound Bath. The evening will start with some gentle stretching, breath-work and some vocalisation, leading into a guided meditation and then a blissful bath where you will be invited to lie down and be bathed in the sounds and vibrations of the gong, flute, drum, singing bowls, voice and tongue-drum.
Studies have shown that partaking in a Sound bath can greatly reduce stress, anxiety and depression leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and more in balance.  You can use the sounds to aid your meditation practice or you can use it for your own inner journey work.

Please bring with you a mat if you have one, blankets and cushions for your comfort and water for hydration. Some people prefer to bring an eye-mask.
