Budokan Martial Arts - Introduction to Personal Safety and Self-Defence | Budokan Multi-Martial Arts & Fitness Centre | Saturday, 16. February 2019

Join us for a Martial Arts and Fitness Charity funraising Class courtesy of Eugene Codrington! 

Former World, European, British, English Team, & Individual, Eugene Codrington is the 8th Dan Wado Ryu Karate Do champion, and Technical Director - Codrington Budokan, central Birmingham's First Multi-Martial Arts & Fitness Centre.

The class will introduce you to martial arts & personal safely - combining fitness & exercise, and be led by Eugene, himself

Cost: Pay what you will - all proceeds donated by you will go towards the fundraisning efforts of Makeda Shervington-White for the internatinal charity, VSO.

Makeda, who attended Budokan as a child, will be volunteering in Napal for 3 month with VSO. To donate to her page and learn more about the VSO please visit 

NB: The class will be Suitable for both male and Female over 8 years old 

Wear loose clothes suitble for full range of movement.

We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before class.
