This one day seminar is open ONLY to those employees undertaking the Level 5 Apprenticeship programme in Leadership and Management - March 2019 Group
The operational management seminar is highly interactive and will utilise a variety of ***** learning techniques to ensure maximum comprehension and retention of the presented information.
Apprentices attending this seminar will benefit immensely by gaining knowledge of business planning techniques, management systems, processes and contingency planning that relate to the ‘Operational Management’ element of their apprenticeship.

2. Business development tools
3. Management systems and processes
4. Data security and management

1115 – 1130 Break
1130 – 1300 Business development tools
1300 – 1345 – Lunch

1545 – 1630 Recap/questions, evaluation and closing address
