Mother of Billions Debut Show | St Nicholas' Church | Friday, 22. November 2019

The Brighton based duo will be performing their cinematic, avant-garde torch songs - that mix grand piano, emotive melodies and lyrics that tell a tale.
Their debut show will be at the beautiful St Nicholas' Church in Brighton on Friday 22nd November. Doors at 7.30, show starts at 8.00.
Mother of Billions are:
Monti, a world-class concert pianist who has toured the USA and Europe - accompanying the likes of the Slovenian National Opera House and, closer to home, Brighton's Rainbow Chorus.
Alex, a member of Brighton's feminist theatre collective Clap Back Club, who has performed at the Royal Albert Hall, NME stages at Reading & Leeds, and on 6Music and XFM with alternative punk choir Gaggle.
The duo wrote the choral music for 2019 and 2018 Brighton Fringe Audience Choice Award: WINNER 'In Loving Memory of Pat Riarchy' (2019), and 'Love Letters to Rappers' (2018).
