About this Event

This highly interactive workshop is aimed at experienced QI practitioners who are looking for new ways to engage and lead people to deliver sustainable improvements.

Recognising that QI is 20% technical and 80% human, the workshop will explore the importance of adaptive change in improvement  efforts and acknowledge the need to move beyond traditional leadership techniques and behaviours to encourage and support peoples’ intrinsic motivation to change.
