Exercise for Pregnancy | University Hospital of Wales - Parentcraft room | Wednesday, 31. July 2019

We are pleased to be able to offer a 6 week program of exercise for pregnancy.
Each class is hosted by an employed midwife and qualified personal trainer.
Using modified weight and cardiovascular exercises you will be shown how exercsie can be used to enhance your Pregnancy.
Exercise during pregnancy can reduce the chance of
Gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, control pregnancy weight gain, shorten the length of labour, reduce the need for an instrumental birth and reduce the chance of pelvic floor injury.

Classes are suited to all abilities and fitness levels no previous exercise experience required.

Following registration for this programme you will receive a preparation for exercise questionnaire. This must be completed and returned prior to commencing the course.

The class is held in the parentcraft room next to antenatal clinic
