Silent Pool Gin Experience (Weekday tours 2018) | | Thursday, 11. October 2018

Gin lovers and the ‘ginterested’- join us for a 90 minute deep dive into the Silent Pool Distillers’ gin experience.
We’ll begin by talking about how we came to exist as well as telling the story of the Silent Pool. We will talk about the history of Gin, where it came from and why it is so popular today.
Next, we will tell you what makes our Gin so special, covering the 4 different methods of production, talk about each botanical we use and why, even sampling as we go.
Finishing with a tasting of the full range, we start by trying our award winning Silent Pool Gin and end with our Gin based fruit cordials.
We formulate, distil, and bottle our award-winning liqueurs here, nestled in the Surrey Hills. The Gin experience is an intricate look at how we strive to be a truly unique producer of handcrafted spirits.
Tickets include a £5 discount per person at the end of the tour (terms and conditions apply).
Participants must be 18 years old or over.  Please bring photo ID if you are lucky enough to be under 25.
Please visit our website for more information about your visit or, refer to the FAQs.
The distillery is based in a scenic location so please arrive 5 minutes early and wrap up warm. We look forward to seeing you soon!  Information about the accessibility of our site is available here or, in the FAQs.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Tour participants must be 18 years old or over.  If you are lucky enough to be under 25, please bring photo ID with you.

What should I wear when I visit?
Our distiller is an operational food preparation site in a rural location.  Please wear appropriate footwear for walking with closed toes.  Parts of the tour are outdoors so, please wear clothing appropriate for the expected weather.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Our distillery is in a scenic, rural location.  Most visitors will drive or use a taxi to reach us.  For information on site accessibility please visit our website here.  It may be useful to bring a torch if visiting us for an evening tour during the Winter months.
Can I bring my pet to the distillery?
As our distillery is a food production area we regret that we can't allow pets onsite.  Please do not leave your pets in vehicles in the nearby car park.  There is plenty of 'vigorous' (read steep, potentially muddy) walking available nearby if one of your group is happy to volunteer to look after your dog/s while you visit us.
