The Sustainable Sea Glass Jewellery Workshop | Porth Eirias | Saturday, 07. September 2019


The House of Meraki would like you to join our slow movement project here in North Wales.
With the impact that consumerism is having on the enviroment right now. We believe that by focusing our attention on working with found objects, we can slowly create a more sustainable wardrobe. The slow fashion movement is a creative way of life. 
The sustainable sea Jewellery workhsop is all about working with found objects from the sea shores of the Welsh coast line.
Whether it be drilling driftwood or polishing beautiful Sea glass, We will be showing you how to make your very own sustainable jewellery range.

The workshop will start at 12.30pm at the Porth Erias Sea front venue.
12-30PM - 5PM 
4.5 HOURS
Jewellery making tools including drills, Long, round, flat nose plyers are all provided
Driftwood, Sea Glass, Recycled Wooden beads, Jewellery findings , Leather and other precious stones will be provided on the day.
Depending on your creative flair you may go home with a full jewellery collection of earrings, necklace & a bracelet.
We will be providing our lovely makers with Handmade locally baked cakes & Light refreshments throughout the workshop.
