Practice Management for General Practice & Primary Care - Cork City | The Metropole Hotel Cork | Wednesday, 16. October 2019

General Practice forms the bedrock of the Healthcare system and provides an incredible service but it's not without its challenges.  Many GPs have to wear multiple hats as they try to treat patients, juggle finances, manage staff as well as dealing with the ever increasing administrative burden associated with patient care as well as increased demands on the service.
This is without adding the need for a working knowledge of HR, GDPR and general compliance.
This one day practical and interactive workshop offers participants a review of the most important aspects of running a practice. The course will cover topics such as Practice Management Systems, Practice Meetings, Staff management, Staff appraisals, dealing with Conflict, Coaching Conversations.  This training workshop is practical and interactive and will deal with many common issues experienced in general practice on a daily basis.
You will feel more confident and capable in your role as well as learning from other participants who work in a similar role.  At the end of the workshop, you will receive a certificate of completion and a folder which will contain notes with helpful tips and advice which you can bring back to your Practice.
