Wellbeing & Resiliency Classes (Online) | Tuesday, 26. May 2020

Learn practical skills to deal with feelings of overwhelm & anxiety in our series of drop in guided workshops led by leading empowerment & resiliency coach Helena Walsh. Helena has 30 years experience & is currently training in Organic Intelligence on their Human Empowerment & Resiliency Training. Helena will give you the skills that will give you a sense of grounding in charged & challenging situations.


COST: €5 / €10 / €20 SLIDING SCALE

The sliding scale is designed to make the workshop is affordable to all.

We will work with intention, compassion and self love so you can feel nurtured to support yourself and others through this particular moment in time. You will be in an on line community with people from all over the world going through the same challenge but unique to their country.

These workshops will give you practical tools that you can incorporate into your daily / weekly / monthly practice in order to change and transform anxiety & stress so you can become more robust, resilient and compassionate.

Helena is currently training in Organic Intelligence® in Switzerland on their Human Empowerment and Resilience Training Programme. This cutting edge technique works on PTSD, Anxiety & Stress offering tools to help clients and students move beyond trauma, integrating it into their lives and using it as a source of empowerment.

As part of our Wellbeing for Actors programme at the studio and is an initiative to start creating a healthy artistic community in Ireland.
