Mindfulness Drop-In Sessions for EY STAFF ONLY
This series of eight weekly mindfulness drop-in lunchtime sessions will be offered every Thursdays, 1-2pm.  These sessions will give you an opportunity to find out what mindfulness is (and isn’t), as well as the ‘whys’ and the ‘hows’ of practicing mindfulness. 
You are welcome to drop-in for these sessions as and when you are available or there is a preferred option to make a block booking for the times/dates mentioned below. To get the most from these sessions we encourage you to attend as many sessions you can.
Dates: Every Thursday,
Starting 10th Jan 2019 and ending 28th Feb 2019. 
Times: 1 pm to 2 pm

Mindfulness can help people to live superlative lives. In the workplace, by noticing our thinking, it helps us to realise that between stimulus and response there is the opportunity to choose.
