Personal Resilience at Work | Health in Mind | Thursday, 13. February 2020

We are working at a time of unprecedented change and uncertainty and our work requires us to support those in distress or struggling with in turn can impact on our own health and wellbeing. Building personal resilience is an important in enabling us to cope with and protect us from the stressors inherent in our work.
The aim of this course is that those participating have greater knowledge about how to protect and build their personal resilience.
By the end of the course, participants will:


Understand what resilience is and why it matters


Be better able to recognising when things are starting to go wrong


Have an awareness of strategies to cope with in the moment pressure


Have an awareness of strategies to cope with longer term pressure
