Energy Balance - 1/2 Day Retreat | Tregenver House | Sunday, 24. November 2019

Our ½ day retreats offer you the opportunity to take time out from your busy life to quiet your mind, relax your body and create a little personal haven of peace and tranquillity
Sometimes we can find it difficult to relax and unwind so we start with Vinyasa flow yoga to help you feel grounded, calm and centred.
After a delicious vegetarian buffet-style lunch, we work on opening and balancing your energy centres throughout your body to help you feel energised and ‘in flow’
We will tap into our collective energy to let go of any thoughts, feelings and emotions that are not serving us and welcome in more empowering, uplifting energy to increase positivity and resilience.
We end our time together with a guided visualisation to help you release stress, overwhelm, judgment or worry and replace it with self-love and compassion.
You should leave feeling deeply relaxed and at peace with yourself.
Lunch and refreshments are included in the ticket price. 
I have never practised yoga before, will I be able to do the poses?
It doesn’t matter if you have never practised yoga before or you feel you aren’t as flexible as maybe you once were. Carly provides alternatives positions based on individual experience. This is the ideal opportunity to give yoga a go in a space where you can feel relaxed and supported.
Will I have to share my personal story with the group?
No, we will not be sharing individual stories. The half-day retreats are about taking some time for yourself, to breathe and reconnect with your mind and body and to have some fun.
Is this a 'women-only' event?
No, definitely not. Men are very welcome. We have had men attend our events before and they have found them very beneficial.
Is there parking at the event?
There is very limited parking at Tregenver House, please park at the top in the ***** Education Centre car park and walk down the lane (5 mins walk)
 What are my transport options for getting to and from the event?
The U1 and U2 buses come into the Moor in Falmouth. It is about a 20-minute walk from there. Alternatively, Penmere train station is just 8 minutes walk away.
What can I bring into the event?
If you have a yoga mat please bring it with you as well as a blanket to snuggle under.
