Arabic Beginners Course | The Language Hub Ltd | Wednesday, 11. September 2019

Course dates: 11th September - 11th December, weekly on Wednesdays from 7pm to 8:15pm (14 sessions)
We work in small groups of min. 4 to max. 8 learners in one class.

This Beginners Arabic short course is an introduction to the Arabic language and way of life for the purpose of practical communication. Modern Standard Arabic is taught with reference to dialects.
The aim of the course is to enable students to develop competence in the Arabic Language. The course is an introduction to students with no previous knowledge of the language.
By the end of the course you should be able to perform most of the following goals:

You'll learn how to recognize, read and pronounce perfectly the Arabic letters.
Learn what the Arabic letters look like in their various forms
Identify numbers from 1 to 10 then 20,30,…1000.
Construct simple sentences
Learn the meanings of many day to day words as a natural consequence of the learning process.
Daily use: greetings, farewells, thanks/apologies and questions and answers on many topics (nationality, occupations, travel etc).
Use nouns related to daily routines
Introduce yourself and talk about yourself
Names of things and describing words,
Name vocabulary related to shops, restaurant, hospital, house, Countries, Family and body parts…ect.
Compare likes and dislikes
Giving directions, ordering a meal, identify the times.
Practice Arabic listening skills
Be in a strong position to study Arabic grammar
Grammar: - Personal Pronouns. - Possessive pronouns. - Masculine and feminine demonstrative article.
