Take charge of your own happiness & personal growth. Do something for yourself to improve the quality of your life through a clearer, kinder thought process. 
Personal growth, mindfulness & meditation should be committed to as much as you commit to going to work each morning, or as much as you commit to the gym, your body health, your family! Because at the end of the day, this is about loving yourself dearly, to grow your ability to love those around you and bring about a life that you choose for yourself completely.

The course starts on the 31st July, running every Wednesday evening from 6.30pm til 8.30pm for 8 weeks.Each week you'll be given a new insight to living your new Mindful Life with a task from the session to take with you until the following weeks session. Tea, coffee, chocolate & snacks will be provided each week and on your first week you'll be given your starter pack for The Mindful Life course. You will be supported throughout the 8 weeks inbetween your sessions via FB messenger/email or whatsapp. This is a safe space to be the truest version of yourself that there is, learning more about yourself & your environment in 8 sessions than you have in a life time so far. There is no time like the present.
