Summary of the Day: We travel southwest on this day trip into the wonderful Ayrshire and Wigtownshire coastal paths. We'll visit the village of Portpatrick and the ruins of Dunksey Castle as well as spend time in Stranraer for lunch and Ayr Beach to finish the day. Fingers crossed for a great sunset before we head home!
What to Bring: Lunch in not included. Please either bring lunch with you (recommended) or bring some cash on the day. Toilets can sometimes cost as much as 50p per use. Please bring some change with you. Obviously we can never tell what the weather will be like so please bring clothes and shoes that will suit the weather and the amount of walking that we will do.
Deadline for Refunds: For tour that is outside the welcome programme (January and September) you have until 1200 noon on the Wednesday of the week of your tour. After this time no refunds can be issued at all.
How to Apply for a Refund: To get a refund simply log back into Eventbrite and go to 'Manage My Booking', from here you can select a refund. Please read above though as refunds are not guaranteed.
Important Additional Information
Contact Information: On the day you can always contact Gary on +447792158139. Your actual on the day contact might be different however.
Follow On from Tour: After each tour you will be sent three follow up emails. The first will be a thank you and summary of the tour itself with links for further reading. The second will be about Trip Advisor and the third will be a list of future tours and events.
Accessibility and Children on Tours: Sadly our tours are not currently wheelchair or accessible-friendly. We are always trying to change things to be more open on tour but at present this is the case. Our tours are not suitable for children. This is both due to travel time and content of the tours.
