Prepare to get a taste with PEAK45 - a 45 minute full-body workout blending cardio, boxing, resistance training and functional bodyweight movements. Follow your sweat with 15 minutes of yoga led by Fiona, and a (virgin) Vitamin Enriched Espresso Martini to start off your day with a boost!
