Is there a minimum age requirement to attend an event?
Our sessions are suited more towards adults, and/or adolescences, normally from the age of 13 year upwards. However, younger people (13-16 years) must be accompanied by an *****, unless otherwise stated.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Our sessions are generally within central locations. For example, at the Kirklees Active Leisure Centre, in Huddersfield, is very central to the town centre being located within 5 - 10 minutes walk from the local bus station or Huddersfield train station.
There is also a large car park opposite the centre with approx. 110 pay and display parking bays, or at the Huddersfield bus station there is approx 450 pay and display car parking bays and CCTV surveillance in operation. The market hall car park (approx 15 mins walk) holds approx. 313 pay and display cars. All the above stated car parks all use the new 'RingGo' pay system.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. As places are limited we require you to bring your booked ticket along gain entry to the event. This could be either a printed ticket or the electronic version (usually stored via Eventbrite app or your phone wallet.)
Why am I being charged for my ticket?
Due to a high demand of women on our waiting list, and to combat a number of tickets booked being unused, we have no alternative but to charge a nominal amount for our sessions from September 2019. This should allow other women on the waiting list to attend, and/or book a larger room, etc. Tickets will cost from £1.50 per session, and funds received will go towards refreshments, facilities and any other operating costs.

Do I need to cancel a ticket I booked earlier if I can no longer attend?
Yes. We have a high demand for tickets and are currently operate a waiting system, so we monitor booked tickets and ask that if you no longer are able to attend that you cancel the tickets to allow another person to attend the event.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No. All tickets or fees are non-transferrable.
I am on a low-income or no income but would still like to attend?
We are a inclusive team and fully understand issues that may prevent a person attending our sessions. So we will also release a small number of free early bird tickets each month. If you are experience difficulties attending our events for whatever reason, please do contact the team for further additonal assistance. Providing you can prove your income, we or our partners may be able to support you further.
Please be aware, we will be monitoring any unused early bird tickets and may prohibit non-attendees.
