11 July - Netwalking with Annie Page and Cake with Kirsty Wright | Minions Heritage Centre Car Park | Thursday, 11. July 2019

These events are led by Annie Page an enthusiast for being outdoors! This will be a great opportunity to get the wellies out and get to know your local business owners in a new atmosphere. The walk will be of gentle pace as we are going as a group for a bit of fitness, a bit of business and a lot of fun.
This month we are meeting at Minions Heritage Centre Car Park – Bodmin Moor, Minions, Liskeard, PL14 5LL.
There is free parking and we will meet and walk. At the end of the walk we will be treated to fresh baked cake from Kirsty Wright who use to own a cake making business but now has a passion for her doTERRA Essential Oils to help with your health and well-being.
Annie runs her own Virtual Assistant Business, is an Ultra Runner and enjoys sharing her time outside through her Explore Kernow page.
Being outside and walking has many physical and mental health benefits and as busy people in business this time outside is not always at the top of the list of things we need to do. Walking with a group gives you a different way to interact, the conversations are more animated, we think more creatively, and we get to know each other outside of the normal business interactions - which is a great way to really get to know others in business and find out more about the individual.
Everyone is encouraged to partner up for the walk and discuss a question which will be given to you, during the walk there will be 2 or 3 questions to discuss and people will swap around for each one.
The walks are open to people of all levels of fitness, all you need is a pair of suitable walking shoes or trainers - these are gentle walks to encourage everyone to interact and engage in a different way.
Annie is a qualified coach and trainer and the questions will be there to help you discuss you and your business in a way you may not have done before and also give you time to think and look at your own business and take back that thinking into your business.
