Please note that the line up for this rescheduled date is subject to confirmation and contract...

Nancy Kerr and James Fagan are one of the best-known and most experienced folk duos on the British circuit today. Outstanding musicianship, a lifelong grounding in traditional singing and instrumental playing, acclaimed original compositions but most noticeably a visceral chemistry between these two make Kerr and Fagan a perennial favourite at festivals, venues and clubs across the country.

“Davies and Daughters held the audience spellbound with a beautiful set of arrangements delivered with warmth, skill and passion.”

Lush harmonies meet daring segues in a program of English, Serbian, Sephardic, Georgian, Bulgarian and French folk songs from this unique family vocal ****.

Amy Hollinrake is a London-based musician and performer specialising in American folk traditions and Jazz, and performs on both her voice and the Mountain Dulcimer. Inspired by feminist thought and folklore, her music weaves new ideas with old to present original and traditional material to modern audiences, by engaging with female voices preserved in traditional Appalachian balladry.

“Amy Hollinrake’s voice drifts like silk across the room, a mixture of Allysen Callery and Joan Baez, rich yet languid… a mixture of traditional and modern folk sensibilities” – Simon Lewis, Terrascope Magazine

Allison Sleator sings as a kind of antidote, in response to our world and, tries to capture the sometimes plaintive and, candid qualities of traditional, folk and contemporary music in her work. She is interested in the more infinite concerns of existence and, explores these depths when composing her own material and singing songs from a variety of traditions and cultures around the world.

Ariana Brophy is the songwriting equivalent of mulled wine; sweet, nostalgic, perfectly paired with a rainy evening and a fireplace. With vocal clarity that would suggest she has been singing a lifetime, Ariana’s listeners are invited to observe an unreserved and vulnerable portrait of the soul behind her lyrics and the stories that have shaped her.
