Making a Difference – and Proving it to Funders | The Garden Room at Brent Hub Community Enterprise Centre | Tuesday, 08. October 2019

An exploration of the theory and practical application of monitoring and evaluation systems in your organisation, including what you need to attract funding and maintain excellent services. The session is delivered by CVS Brent's Monitoring & Evaluation Officer Salli Ward. 

By the end of this training you will:

Understand how monitoring and evaluation helps organisations attract funding;
Understand how to improve service provision through good monitoring and evaluation;
Have an introductory knowledge of quality standards systems and marks;
Know about the kinds of monitoring and evaluation tools that would benefit your organisation;
Have ideas about how to create the right measurement tools for what you need;
Have concrete ideas about next steps in monitoring and evaluation for your organisation.

Who should attend:

CEOs and project/service managers;
All staff and volunteers.

The training session is open to voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations in Brent and migrant community groups.
