MindFood's Growing Wellbeing 6 session course | MindFood @Cleveley Crescent Allotments | Friday, 11. October 2019

If you’re interested in wellbeing, gardening and fancy getting outdoors, then join our FREE six-week 'Growing Wellbeing’ course – it’s ideal if you’re looking to tackle stress, depression or anxiety the natural way.
Our weekly 2.5 hour sessions are designed to be a fun balance of learning to grow a wide range of fruit and veg, whilst becoming more mindful of ways to proactively manage our wellbeing.
The course is action orientated so each week we’ll discuss and agree on a specific action that will help improve our wellbeing between each session and to continue after the course.
The sixth week includes a FREE trip to Kew Gardens for a mindful walk, plus each week you'll get to take home the pesticide-free veg you’ll have helped to nurture.
Over the 6 weeks we will discuss, explore and practice:
Self Reflection, Mindfulness, Planning Wellbeing, How Food Effects our Mood, and the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.
You will be welcomed into our growing Mindfood community and upon completion of this course, you will have the option of joining our regular Plot to Plate sessions.
Since coming to MindFood, Growing Wellbeing participants agreed or strongly agreed that:
• 92% are feeling calmer• 87% feeling less isolated• 84% feeling happier • 64% are sleeping better• 84% are eating healthier foods
