Purposeful run series: hosted by CHHP and lululemon Marylebone | 75 Marylebone High St | Thursday, 25. April 2019

Every Thursday throughout April lululemon Marylebone will be hosting a tailor-made series of run events with local Marylebone partner CHHP to help you smash your running goals.

To support our run community we are launching a spring run series leading up to the London Marathon.
Every week we will set off for an adventure from lululemon Marylebone at 7PM promptly with CHHP run coaches Tom Cowan or Darren Chin and our own in-store run crew. Each 30 minute run will end at a different mystery location every week for a specialised lecture or work-out by the CHHP experts on how you can optimise your running and increase your performance, whatever your goals may be.
This run series is open to all levels, beginner to marathon veterans, it's all about reconnecting with why YOU run.
Please arrive early as our team is itching to get started!
WEEK 1: 'The Science of Running'
Join us for an informal talk with Jim Pate, CHHP's Senior Physiologist & Cardiopulmonary testing expert! Find out what you really need to test your fitness, how you can use science to help your goals and avoid health issues. Every run has a purpose. When it comes to running, most brands are focused on numbers. Pace. Miles. Records. Sure, they’re all important motivators. But we know that running is about so much more than performance.
Different runs have different purposes. Whether it’s spiritual, like reconnecting with nature or bonding with friends. Mental, like meditating on the move or sparking a brilliant idea. Or, of course physical, like going faster, or breaking PRs. We will give a different, much-needed voice to running. YOUR voice.
