Throughout her 20 years’ career in tech and consulting, Luba has developed, implemented and sold enterprise solutions across the UK, Europe and US. She has work with FTSE100 clients within large companies including IBM and Ericsson as well as innovative start-up in AI, Analytics and IoT. She has lead Sales Enablement team for IBM Analytics in Europe and now focusing on providing sales and growth support for innovative start-ups. Her practical and innovative Sales Growth programmes supported rapid double-digit growth for IBM and SaaS and IoT start-ups. The recent IoT Scale up (IQP) she supported in 2017 had successful exit and was sold to GE Corporation and the end of last year. Luba provided  scaleup and sales growth training for some leading companies and organisations inclduing IBM, Future Cities Catapult, Merton Chamber of Commerce with Metro Bank.

Business Developer and Angel Investor
Martin spent several years in building technical and communication start-ups in the UK, France and APAC as well as 12 years at Cisco, joining as a founder member of Global Business Development in Technical Services where he increased revenues by providing Consultative Selling Support to Sales Teams, helping them shape deals. He is currently a board member of Sofia Business Angels and European Business Angels Network (EBAN). Martin is an active investor, supporting Smart Transport Start-up, leading their European fund-raising. He is helping Swiss AI startup go to market with its Automated Content Hub platform. Martin is also a founder member of the Sales Enablement Society.
