  • Please can all team captains get the amended lists emailed to me by the end of the day if possible. There will be a 1 point penalty per player who had to change their list, please let me know who on your team had an illegal list as I might miss one of I have to compare it all myself. Any further mistakes after these submissions will give a 5 point penalty to that team.
  • This seems to be a common mistake in the army lists submitted. Only one detachment at 1000 points as screen shot here from the rules I posted. Those with an illegal list have until 7pm tomorrow to amend the detachment issue, without adding any further models to their army other than what is available from their 2000 point list. The 2000 points lists can't be changed if they are legal.
  • Posting again to bring it to the top. Rules and Schedule for the event: Games are determined as follows, During round one teams are randomly paired to **** each other. You will use a 2000 point army list. Each Team Captain picks a champion written down in secret. Champions will **** each other on table 4. Both team captains roll off, and the loser must put a player forward to play on table 1. The winning captain then selects a player to go against the player selected first on table 1. The winning captain then puts a player forward to play on table 2. The losing captain then selects a player to go against the player on table 2. This leaves a player from each team to play each other on table 3 that round. . During round two teams will be matched based on their combined team scores. You will use a 2000 point army list. The highest scoring person from each team will **** each other on table 4. (You do not have to reveal who has the highest score until the other pairs are matched) Both team captains roll off, and the loser must put a player forward to play on table 1. The winning captain then selects a player to go against the player selected first on table 1. The winning captain then puts a player forward to play on table 2. The losing captain then selects a player to go against the player on table 2. This leaves a player from each team to play each other on table 3 that round. . During round three teams will be matched based on their combined team scores. You will use a 1000 point army list. You will play 2 v 2 doubles in this round. Each team captain rolls off. The losing captain must put a player onto table one and a player onto table two. The winning captain can then select a player to go on each table to oppose them. The losing captain must then put his last two players in, one onto each table. The winning captain can then put his final two players in, completing the pairing. .. Tournament points are scored as follows, 5 points per major victory (massacre or concede) 3 points per minor victory 2 points per draw 2 points for being fully painted 1 point for being fully based 1 point for bringing an army list and your books This gives a maximum total of 19 points per player and 76 points per team. • Here they are, Team Tournament Army Lists
  • and the pts adjustments have been leaked https://war-of-sigmar.herokuapp.com/bloggings/2591 haha my army is like 200pts cheaper, hurrur and also ugh lists are in
  • What is the plan regarding Chapter Approved? I presume we are not using the new rules/point costs given the list submission deadline is the same day it comes out?
  • Potentially stupid question but can a unit have differing weapons for the 1000/2000 points list. So my dune crawler could have the eradication ray on the 1000pts and the neutron laser on the 2000pts?
  • It looks like the most convenient place to park Saturday will be the Crawley Road car park, 15 minutes walk from the church. The church car park is closed and can't be used due to resurfacing. Most of the nearby parking is maximum 2 hour stay so please be aware of this if not using Crawley Road.
  • Jason Puleston another doubles question mate. Can my demon princes (character) hide behind my team mates conscripts and not be targeted? Thanks.
  • Hey Jason Puleston got a Q about the doubles game - how are you planning to do command points and deep strike count? Is that gonna be shared across both armies (as if they were one army) - or separate? Cheers!
  • Hi guys all army lists are now to be submitted to the new email address, LTTGC@hotmail.com
  • Missions and Deployment are as follows: Game 1: Retrieval Mission, Front-Line Assault Game 2: The Relic, Search and Destroy Game 3: The Scouring, Dawn of War

  • I will roll what missions and deployments are to be used and post them here shortly
  • Rules for the event, which is now sold out with 12 teams. A post on list submissions will follow this one. .. 8th edition rules. 3 games to be played on the day. The mission and deployment each round will be fixed. Each team needs to select a Team Captain. Each player needs to bring two legal army lists, - one at 2000 points - one at 1000 points Both of a players army lists must use the same faction and must include the same warlord. The larger army must include the same units as the smaller one, though unit sizes may be increased and wargear added, and of course more units added. This is because the smaller army represents the warlord taking a breakaway force from the main army to fight a smaller allied battle. A special character / unique unit can not be selected more than once on a team. This covers all named characters like Magnus or Guilliman. Your 1000 point list is limited to a single detachment. Your 2000 point list is limited to 1-3 detachments with no repeated detachment. The detachment in 1000 points can be different to any of the ones used at 2000 points as long as the units taken are the same and it remains legal in another detachment. ..
