An Introduction to Traditional Upholstery

For absolute upholstery beginners or hobbyists wanting to learn some traditional techniques, on this weekend course we tackle the basic drop in dining seat.

If you have your own drop-in that is part of a set of dining chairs- thats great! Bring it along. If not dont panic we've got you covered! If you would like to use your own fabric then you will need to purchase 1 metre prior to the course start date. Please get in touch with us if you are unsure whether or not a particular fabric is suitable.

Please also bring a note pad, pen, pencil and a camera/smartphone to take pictures as you go. ALL OTHER TOOLS AND MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU.

The course is being held @ Kula Gallery in Manchester's, Northern Quarter. (7 Oak St, Manchester M4 5JD)

The workshop is a 10 minute walk from Picadilly and Victoria train stations and there are numerous long stay car parks in the area which have discounted weekend rates.
