People’s History Museum 2018 Programme | People's History Museum | Friday, 19. January 2018

For 2018, the People’s History Museum in Manchester is marking the centenary of all men and some women gaining the right to vote in Britain with an ambitious programme of exhibitions, festivals, events and a new display of banners telling the story of how people have fought for representation.
The national museum of democracy invites visitors throughout the year to discuss, discover and reflect upon one of the great milestones for equality, and what representation means 100 years on.
The museum is open seven days a week from 10.00am to 5.00pm, Radical Lates are the second Thursday each month, open until 8pm. The museum is free to enter with a suggested donation of £5.
