Usūl al-Fiqh Sharh, Mukhtasar al-Manar by Allamah Ibn Qasim al-Qutlubugha
Principles of Islamic jurisprudence, also known as Uṣūl al-fiqh, are traditional methodological principles used in Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) for deriving the rulings of Islamic law (sharia).
There are 4 sources of legislation:
- Qur'an
- Sunnah
- Ijma'
- Qiyas

In this course you will cover:

How is scripture interpreted?
The role of linguistics and rhetoric?
Where do differences of opinion come from?
