Employment Tribunals: To settle or to fight? Tactics for the new 'fee free' era

This event will be held in the Enterprise Suite and be presented by Nigel French, who is an experienced legal academic and practitioner in the field of employment law and labour relations. He has over 30 years’ experience and regularly conducts litigation in the Employment Tribunal. He has a very ‘down to earth’ practical and pragmatic approach to the resolution of workplace issues and recognises the value of adopting a strategic approach to problem solving.  Nigel offers his clients HR and legal support from his offices at Lodge Court, Langham, Colchester, Essex through Nigel French & Associates Limited.
Tickets will be available to those who registered for the waiting list when this event was first run.  Tickets will be available to general purchase from 20 December 2018.
