Head torches are mandatory on all NIGHTRuns - no head torch, no run. We will enforce this to ensure runner and group safety. Please don't make us make that awkward call.

Trailrunning shoes are mandatory - no trail shoes, no run. This is for your safety and that of the group as there may be sections which can be very muddy, slippy and steep which road shoes are not designed for.

Hat/buff, gloves - recommended in colder weather

Waterproof jacket - recommended

Food & water - this is optional, but you may want to carry some run food or a water bottle/bladder
