Looking For a workout to set up your weekend?Our Saturday Sweat is designed to get you Sweating and Smiling.The sole purpose of this group conditioning workout is to being together the fun you'd normally experience on a night out, with the energy you'd get from attending your favourite 60minute class uses a mixture of bodyweight movements with some of the most cutting edge and up to date conditioning old favourites.
This is also the ONLY class which we open up to the public to come along and join us ?
