Iain is a food artisan of “Drumnasilla” . Enter the cosy cottage and Immerse yourself in the sensory experience of a mindful lunch of onion, lentil & rosemary soup, homemade bread, local cheeses, chutneys and preserves created by Iain and for dessert his award winning lemon curd compote with natural spring water, cordials, tea, coffee and herbal infusions.
