Training School in Experimental Design | University of Nottingham | Wednesday, 09. January 2019

FRAME in collaboration with EU H2020 project VetBioNet and the University of Nottingham will be holding a Training School on 9-11th January 2019, in Nottingham, UK.
This is the twelfth collaborative Training School which is aimed at postgraduate level or above.
This Training School, will:

provide researchers with an understanding of basic design concepts;
give researchers the ability to use more efficient designs for their experiments;
stimulate engagement with the Three Rs; and
enable access to expert tutors.

The Training Schools are highly interactive and include lectures, group discussions and individual exercises. The programme is structured to lead participants from simple experimental design and statistical ideas, through more complex methods and analysis to effective presentation of findings. Participants are also able to discuss their own research problems/experiences with the expert tutors.
Registration is at a special subsidised price thanks to the VetBioNet collaboration and FRAME's 50th anniversary celebrations.
 The Training School is FELASA accredited and qualifies for LASA CPD.
