HOW TO HAVE A HAPPY LIFE
We all want a life that is happy and problem-free, but how can we achieve this? On this course we will explore what happiness is and what are its causes. We will learn how we can use meditation to solve our problems, increase our happiness, and enjoy the life we long for.
The day comprises two one-hour sessions with guided meditations and a talk with experienced Meditation Teacher Peter Bygrave.
