Willow weaving | Kiveton Community Woodland | Wednesday, 29. May 2019

Join us on the 29th May at Kiveton Community Woodland from 10am - 3pm and try your hand at this traditional craft. This course will introduce you to the basics of Willow Weaving and provide you with techniques to make your own Pheasant Sculpture. This course will be delivered by the wonderful Wendy from Twigs and Sprigs and it is a fantastic opportunity to hone in your skills or try something new!

The course leaders will provide everything you need for the day, from the willow itself to refreshments. All you need to do is bring yourself. Please ensure you wear weather appropriate clothing as this course will take place outside. It is also advisable that you bring a packed lunch with you.
This course is FREE for volunteers and is subsidised by The Land Trust. If you are wishing to attend and you are not a volunteer, there will be a charge of £30. This is payable on the day - more clarification on this is avaiable after securing your place.
