POWERBELLE: Women's strength & conditioning programme.
Powerbelle helps participants become fitter, stronger and more confident!
We are a community of women who lift weights together and we are excited to announce our new year programme for 2019; starting on the Mon 21st & Thursday 24th of January.

These tickets are for the full Powerbelle new year programme which runs on Monday and Thursday evenings at 6pm and 7.30pm. We also have a NEW EARLY MORNING GROUP on Friday mornings to for those early birds.
The new Powerbelle cycle starts the week after our free taster sessions which take place on the 14th & 17th Jan. 

Learn new, fun and effective training methods
Train with other like-minded women in a great environment
Improve strength and power, reducing muscle imbalances and injury
Reduce body fat and improve muscle tone

 PLACE: Southbourne Building, 37 Clarkehouse Road, S10 2LD (across from King Edwards swimming pool)
TIME: Monday and Thurdays evenings 6-7.30pm / 7.30-9pm and Friday mornings 6.30am-8am. 
COST: £80 for one session a week or £100 for two sessions each week over the 10 week programme.
We also have a new option of one or two large group sessions per week plus 5 small group sessions over the 10 week block for £130 or for £150 respectivly.
These small group sessions will be for no more than 5 people at a time that suits and will include additional coaching, assessments and exercse counselling. They could be a great addition for anyone looking to seriously improve their physical ability, body shape and wellbeing.
