Sheffield City Opens Early And Sparkles For Autism! | Sheffield | Saturday, 01. April 2017

What we are doing for Autism Awareness Week!

On 1st April Sparkle Sheffield will be doing something that has never been done before to help parents of Autistic Children, Autistic Adults, Autistic Teenagers and Young people, in fact anyone on the Autistic Spectrum.

We have asked Sheffield City Centre Shops to open either one hour early or to dedicate their first hour of trading to Autism!

The shop that are already involved are

Marks & Spencers
Argos
WHSmith
Wilkinson
Superdrug (on the Moor)
Clarks (Orchard Square)
Starbucks (Fargate)
HMV
Boots
Debenhams
TK Maxx
Primark
John Lewis
Primark

Also VIRGIN MONEY (Fargate) have facilities downstairs for if any of our autistic children, adult or young people start to feel overwhelmed. So they will be open early to help if anyone has a meltdown or needs a calm space.

Marks & Spencer's are the flagship for this event and they have offered these facilities

Raffle for all attendees

Free tea and Filter Coffee for all attendees until 9.30

The Lord Mayor of Sheffield is supporting us and will be in attendance of this incredible day.

We will keep added the shops as we get confirmation. Sparkle Sheffield will have an information stall and FREE goodie bags for the first 100 people on the day. We will also have information for you on the timings and offers of each shop
