There is an ancient peace: A quiet day for activists with Garth Hewitt | St Aidan's Church | Saturday, 30. March 2019

A day where we take time to pause, to renew our strength - a day of quietness, prayer, music and reflection.
For those who are struggling: with the current political situation, with war, with violence, with how we treat refugees, and with the situation in Palestine and Israel.
"There is an ancient peace, you carry in your heartYou carry in your heart and have not lost
There is a silence there, the world cannot intrudeThe world cannot intrude into your heartOur hearts must be so quiet if we are to hearIf we are to hear, we must be still."

Arrive at 10am for refreshments; we'll start at 10.30am.
Please bring some food, for a bring and share lunch.
