Flack's Brewery Tours 3rd Saturday of every month | Saturday, 18. May 2019

*Important update* - all brewery tours are postponed until further notice.  We will be in touch with all those that have booked either through the brewery or through Eventbrite with further information.  Please follow our social channels for updates on each month's brewery tour or join our newsletter - scroll to the bottom of our website.home page.  Anyone who has booked will be contacted as long as we have valid contact details.  We welcome any calls to the brewery if you need further help.

Flack Manor's brewery tours show and explain the traditional double drop method of brewing, a technique that gives Flack's ales a distinctive taste of their own. The session starts with a welcome drink and intro in the 'Flak' Shack brewery shop and bar.

Experience the locally produced brewing ingredients before moving along the brewing process, from mash tun to fermenting vessels, learning the lexicon and exchanging your fully inclusive beer vouchers into beer along the way.

At the end of the tour, you can purchase freshly brewed beer to take home, along with your free, beautifully etched and branded Flack glass.  You'll learn a lot from our knowledgeable team and get to taste beer at its very best.

At Christmas we offer two brewery tours; the first at the usual time of 12.15 pm until 2 pm and an additional one at 2.30 pm until 4.15 pm.

Please note, we still sell tickets over the phone, releasing a set number onto Eventbrite.  If the event looks full, then it is worth a phone call to the office 01794 518 520 as tickets are kept back for telephone bookings.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No ID is required if you hold a ticket and the minimum age is 18, as required by law

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Romsey train station is nearby and there is a local bus service.  There is on road parking outside the brewery where we ask you to park respectfully for our business neighbours.

What can I bring into the event?

Nothing really, although in winter, you may want to bring a coat as some parts of the brewery are cold, for example, the chiller.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Just phone the brewery number and we'll be glad to answer any other queries you may have

What's the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds but you will be able to change the date of your tour if something unexpected happens. Please call us.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please bring a printed ticket or show us your booking on your Eventbrite app

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

In special circumstances, yes, it is transferable.  Please call us

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

If the original ticket holder or registrant can no longer come, it is fine for another person to take his/her place

I'd like to buy a brewery tour as a gift but with an open-ended date.  How do I do this?

Brewery tours make great gifts.  If you're booking the gift recipient onto a specific brewery tour date, then it is easy.  Just select the date, pay and then print off a ticket for the gift recipient as if you were buying for yourself.

If you don't want to commit to a date, preferring to leave it open-ended for the gift recipient, then phone the brewery office 01794 518 520, make your payment over the phone and we'll send out a Flack branded ticket to you or have it in reception for you to collect.
