Mindfulness can bring a wide range of evidence-based benefits such as stress reduction, improved concentration and an increased sense of well-being.  These 10-week courses will help provide you with the tools to begin, sustain and develop the practice of Mindfulness.
Suitable for complete beginners, or as a refresher.
There will be 10 sessions, with a break at half-term.
