Kolb’’s Experiential Learning cycle –  a four stage cycle of learning. It was developed by the American researcher David Kolb in 1984.
Honey and Mumford’s Learning styles - An understanding of our own preferred learning style enables us to focus on suitable learning approaches and to learning in an efficient way. The best known learning model is that developed by Peter Honey and Alan Mumford in which they identify four learning styles.
VAK theory - The VAK theory demonstrates how effective communication isn't just about what we say. More importantly it is about the way we say it. The choice of words used to express ourselves communicates to others how we view the world. VAK can also be used to identify preferred learning styles as well as predicting how someone may react in a particular situation.
